These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pak Club platform at pak-clubb.com. By registering for a Pak Club account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register or use the platform.

1. Eligibility to Use Pak Club

To be eligible to use the Pak Club platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
  • Be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Pak Club platform is not prohibited
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be accessing the platform on behalf of a minor or prohibited person
  • Not currently have a self-excluded or permanently banned account on Pak Club

By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria are met. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

2. Pak Club Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one Pak Club account. Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using other identities, is a serious violation of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.

When registering, you must:

  • Provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control
  • Create a secure password that is not shared with any other service
  • Enter the official Pak Club invite code (MQFVZ5N) if you wish to access VIP and promotional features
  • Provide accurate and complete information — false registration details are a breach of these Terms

Your registered mobile number is your permanent account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining access to this number. If you lose access, account recovery is subject to identity verification and may not always be possible.

3. Pak Club Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Pak Club account credentials. You agree to:

  • Keep your password secure and not share it with any other person
  • Log out of your account when using a shared or public device
  • Notify Pak Club support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Not allow any other person to access or use your Pak Club account
  • Use only the official Pak Club app and website — not modified APKs or third-party tools

Pak Club is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Transactions made through your account are presumed to have been authorized by you unless you have reported a security breach promptly.

4. Deposits and Payments on Pak Club

Deposits to Pak Club are made through supported payment methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, and other approved channels listed in the deposit section of the platform). By making a deposit, you confirm that:

  • The funds are legally yours and are not derived from illegal activity
  • You are not using funds that you cannot afford to lose
  • You are not depositing on behalf of a third party

Pak Club does not accept deposits from sources that are not explicitly supported by the platform. Sending funds to incorrect payment details is the user's responsibility — Pak Club cannot recover funds sent to the wrong recipient due to user error.

All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your Pak Club account, except in the case of proven platform error, which will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

5. Pak Club Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

  • Your account must be in good standing with no active investigation, restriction, or policy violation
  • Bonus funds may be subject to turnover requirements before being eligible for withdrawal
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as set out in the withdrawal section of the platform
  • Identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals at Pak Club's discretion
  • You must withdraw to a payment method that is in your name — withdrawals to third-party accounts may be refused

Pak Club reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending security reviews. If a withdrawal is flagged for review, Pak Club will contact you through official support channels.

6. Pak Club Bonuses and Promotions

Pak Club offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

  • Bonuses are issued at Pak Club's discretion and may be changed, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time
  • Bonus funds are subject to turnover requirements before they can be withdrawn — specific requirements are stated at the time the bonus is issued
  • Bonuses may only be used by the account holder who received them — bonus stacking and multi-account abuse are prohibited
  • Pak Club reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or manipulation

Registration with the official Pak Club invite code (MQFVZ5N) is required for eligibility for VIP bonuses, welcome bonuses, and promotional event participation. Specific bonus terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

7. Pak Club Platform Use and Gameplay

By using the Pak Club platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • WinGo and all Pak Club games involve chance — past results do not predict future outcomes
  • The Pak Club AI prediction tool is an informational aid only and does not guarantee any specific game outcome
  • All gaming decisions are made voluntarily and at your own risk
  • Pak Club games are for entertainment purposes only — they should not be used as a financial strategy
  • You will comply with all platform rules communicated within the app regarding game mechanics and participation

Pak Club reserves the right to temporarily suspend game access during scheduled maintenance or in response to technical issues. Reasonable notice will be provided through the official Telegram channel where possible.

8. Prohibited Activities on Pak Club

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent ban:

  • Creating multiple accounts (one account per person, strictly enforced)
  • Using hacking tools, modified APKs, prediction manipulation software, or any unauthorized tools that interfere with Pak Club games
  • Attempting to exploit system bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
  • Money laundering or using Pak Club to process funds derived from illegal activity
  • Fraudulent payment activities — including chargebacks, payment disputes without legitimate grounds, or using stolen payment credentials
  • Sharing your account with another person or operating on behalf of a third party
  • Impersonating Pak Club staff, agents, or other users
  • Any activity that disrupts normal platform operations or harms other users
  • Accessing Pak Club from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited

Pak Club reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited activity and to take action including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Pak Club Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Club's liability is limited as follows:

  • Pak Club is not liable for losses arising from gaming decisions made by users on the platform
  • Pak Club is not liable for technical failures, internet disruptions, or device issues beyond our direct control
  • Pak Club is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to maintain account security
  • Pak Club is not liable for the actions of third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks)
  • In cases where Pak Club is found liable, total liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination by Pak Club

Pak Club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account:

  • If there is evidence of prohibited activity as listed in Section 8
  • If the account is associated with fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
  • If the account holder is found to be under 18 or otherwise ineligible under Section 1
  • If requested by a law enforcement or regulatory authority
  • If the account is inactive for an extended period subject to Pak Club's dormant account policy

Upon account closure for policy violations, any funds associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited. Funds in good standing may be processed for withdrawal subject to verification, at Pak Club's discretion.

Users may also close their own accounts voluntarily by contacting support through the official Contact Us page.

11. Changes to Pak Club Terms and Conditions

Pak Club may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made:

  • The updated Terms will be published on this page
  • An announcement may be made through the official Pak Club Telegram channel
  • Continuing to use Pak Club after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be classified as dormant under Pak Club's dormancy policy. A dormant account is one where no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has occurred for a consecutive period as specified in the current platform policy. Dormant accounts may:

  • Have their bonuses and promotional balances expired
  • Be subject to a small monthly dormancy fee as specified in current terms
